Procedure for the purchase of tickets through the call centre

  • State your required flight details to one of our agents.
  • You will receive a proposal of dates and fares.
  • Then choose which best suits you.
  • Please have your bank details ready as these will be required when booking by phone.
  • Your reservation will then be confirmed and your reservation number dictated to you.
  • You can ask our personnel to send you the written confirmation by email.
