You may change your flight departure times or return
dates with not less than 24 hours notice.
Passengers will have to pay a 50 euros surcharge per person
as well as any difference in price between booked flights
and new flights (where applicable).
Neither passenger name nor departure/destination town
can be changed.
Any flight changes must be arranged through our call
centre staff and passengers must provide their name, flight
dates and destinations and booking file reference.
Ticket cancellation
Tickets are non-refundable.
In case a flight is cancelled or delayed by us, you will be rebooked for free for another
date or you will be offered a refund of the ticket price.
