Mobility impaired passengers must communicate the nature
of their impairment as well as the level of assistance required.
MIPs will receive special attention by ground and flight
personnel.
MIPs benefit from personal attention measures, such as:
Availability of the necessary equipment and help
personnel is guaranteed at departure and at arrival.
The transport of certain items and objects (which
are necessary for MIPs) such as wheelchairs, crutches
and orthopedic equipment is free of charge and given
fast track clearance treatment.
Transport of guide dogs is free for low vision passengers.
